What's a credit?
Credits meter managed AI usage, when Cuena's hosted models do the work for you. Typical costs:
- 1 credit ≈ one Ask or Magic answer on a fast model (3 credits on a mid-tier model, 8 on a frontier model)
- 1 credit ≈ 1 minute of live transcription in Listen
- 2 credits ≈ one end-of-session summary
- $0.01 to $0.32 equivalent per Ask, depending on model tier and whether credits came from a subscription or pack
Failed or cancelled requests are never charged. With your own key on Pro, requests bill your provider directly and spend no credits.
Purchases are tied to your Cuena account. Sign in with the same account you use in the app. After paying, return to the app; your plan and credits update automatically.
