Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Pro)

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew. Fees for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started, but you are never charged again after cancelling.

Credit packs (one-time)

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as the credits are unused. Once credits have been consumed, the used portion is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Contact us via our Contact page with your account email and the charge you are asking about. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Creem, typically within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We review refund requests case by case and may grant refunds outside this policy at our discretion (for example, a confirmed billing error or a service outage). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
